Jan 10th the Circuit Court sent a notice, the are requiring both parties agree to a trial date. This is what I wanted to avoid and this move is not good for my side. According to current laws, we need a trial date within 11 months of the filing date. I need to contact the court to verify which date this is as it's been obscure. I'll be trying all this upcoming week to have ongoing conversations with Chase and it's now 8-representatives they've presented as 'decision makers' on this matter. Perhaps just ONE of em know what's going on and has the authority to negotiate this matter. Thus far, that's NOT been the case. One way or another, this is gonna end soon, this hell of a large dark cloud over my head (being homeless & without equity)...
