Melanie Mitchell of The Chase Executive Specialist is now dedicated specifically to this issues. Seems she is one of a long list of 8 folks now, yet not one has seriously addressed this matter. Meanwhile, the court has sent notice they want this matter to be scheduled for trial in the next 14-days. The trial date must be within 11 months of the filing date...
