Today I was finally able to connect with Melanie Mitchell of the Executive Office of Chase. We held a lengthy conversation. I asked what was their intention, she is just getting up to speed. I gave her the overview of lost Loan Modification documents and I gave her the date of the document. She was able to locate it in her system, she downloaded and saved it to her pc. She said she would be in contact with the underwriting department to update it. I said I'd sign it right away if they presented it to me. What I need is: The loan mod finished, the foreclosure legal action to be immediately withdrawn from the courts and for us to mitigate my damages from the process. She actually apologized to me for the way Chase and the processes they create, the lack of ongoing care by one agent, and the constant delays. Have to say it felt good to be heard and for her to sincerely apologize for my experiences. I also told her what my medical condition with Lyme Disease is and what the harsh effects this process has had on me. This is imperative to finalize this modification right away. Too I shared with her this petition and the feelings of those supporters. This will not bode well for them in the media if it goes to trial. On the trial date, that's likely to be within 30-days as this is a very stale case right now. We'll see how that all goes in the next week or so. As always, your support and signatures means the world to me. Thank you all from the bottom of my heart. I can't wait to have this behind me one way or another, it's been debelating to me, suspending most of my life and my works for others. Stay tuned here for ongoing updates right here! Hugs to all.
