I've been working with both Chase and their counsel. We've agreed to a long timeline before the upcoming trial date of June 20th. Chase seems to be involved finally in renegotiating the Feb 2017 Loan Modification. They've asked for more time until Feb 14, 2018 to gather documents. Anyways, looks as though I'm safe to plant a garden this summer as the soonest, should I lose, that I'd have to move would be 60-days after the trial. That would have me moving no sooner than Aug 2018. There are other things happening too, which I'm not gonna comment on right now as to not spoil their progress. The ongoing stressors of this have and are continuing to have substantially negative effects on my health and mental state. This is a deeply uncomfortable position to be in with Lyme. Please ~ continue to sign and share the petition with your friends.
