The Gilpin county School administrators want to paint over the handprints in the senior lounge. These handprints have been a tradition since 2011 where the graduates will paint their hands and stamp them on the walls of the senior lounge. Painting over these handprints would erase the history of our school and forget about anything before 2025. Please sign this petition to stop the school from painting over the senior handprints. They are planning to paint over it this summer, we need to act NOW!!
