Hi Folks! There is new optimism around the continuation of the You Salon after yesterday's meetings. 

The Staff have been in consultation with Management and this has resulted in the exciting opportunity to promote ideas and initiatives to keep the Salon and its Staff operational.

The extra funding from the Scottish Government could obviously be a helpful part of this project, and any suggestions from you and the community would be much appreciated. 

Ayrshire College is a "community" organisation and it would be wonderful to hear your ideas and for you to continue to support this petition. We have until June to come up with strategies to ensure that the Salon's income is enhanced and its excellent Practitioners remain in place. The students in training obviously benefit from the "commercial" experience they receive in the Salon and this would continue also.

Let's keep going, People - we're getting there!
