We, the residents of Upper Trinity South and the surrounding Avalon Peninsula area, urge the Government of Newfoundland and Labrador to fully reinstate all health care services and medical personnel, including the 24 hour emergency department, at the W.H. Newhook Community Health Care Centre located at 7 Whitbourne Avenue, Whitbourne, in the district of Placentia-St.Mary’s.
