In labrador near charis there has been quit a few sightings of dugongs. Too increase this we need to keep the speed of boats and jetskies to 6 knots. This is so that we have more dugongs around the area and can increase the marine life. Keeping the speed should make more marine life come into these sightseeing areas, making charis more popular yet also having the animals in their natural habitat where they truly belong.
