Ask him to FIRE Susan Cappello, (Acting Director) and also the shelter manager and the APCs for their reckless and unethical behavior.

Ask him to hire COMPASSIONATE staff that is qualified IN SHELTER MANAGEMENT and who will ADOPT AND EMBRACE THE NO KILL EQUATION, introduced by Nathan Winograd, and applied successfully in Austin, Texas, Kansas City, and other cities across the country. Make Chicago A MODEL FOR THE NATION in ANIMAL WELFARE and a source of LIFE for the Community!
