Wonderful news last week as Lichfield District Council approved the listing of the former Chase Terrace Methodist Church building as an Asset of Community Value ("ACV").
 
Burntwood Town Council made an offer to purchase the building before the ACV listing was approved and, whilst it was initially rejected, that offer still stands.
 
We are awaiting news from the Methodist Church or its agents regarding the next step.
