Rough markup to show proposed parking, cycle lane and traffic lanes- bottom of the hill

I found it hard to read the WCC traffic maps to see where the parking was and the  traffic and cycle lanes ran. Here is my very rough markup attempt to show this. See the coloured key to make sense of it. This is the lower section at the bottom of the hill with Dover Street going up on the left.
