Rough markup to show proposed parking, cycle lane and traffic lanes- clubrooms section

I found it hard to read the WCC traffic maps to see where the parking was and the  traffic and cycle lanes ran. Here is my very rough markup attempt to show this. See the coloured key to make sense of it. This is the middle section coming from the top of the hill. Changing room block and Island Bay Clubrooms is at the bottom. 

Note on the downhill side of the road the bikes ride in the traffic lane, so parking is largely as it is. On the uphill section the buffered cyclelane is inside the car parks, some carparks are taken away in the lead up to pedestrian crossings and bus stops.
