The Bradford County Library is located in West Burlington, PA, and serves all 60,000 residents of Bradford County. The Bradford County Commissioners are in the process of closing the library. The Bradford County Library provides free access to books, newspapers, tablets, computers, hotspots, magazines, audiobooks, movies, programming, learning time, write-your-own-book contest, microfilm, local history, and many other services. The Bradford County Library is the only nationally certified Family Place Library in Bradford County. The Bradford County Library is also the only library in the county that provides a large level parking lot to provide service for residents with mobility issues.
