Moreover, skateparks provide a supportive community environment where skaters can learn valuable life skills such as discipline, perseverance, and camaraderie. Skateparks also serve a much wider community than just skateboarders. They are for BMX, roller bladers, roller skaters and scooters!
Unfortunately, the community has lost this crucial recreational space without clear communication and no timeframe for reopening from the authorities responsible.
