The denial of zoning variances pertaining to Patterson Farm land is currently being challenged in Bucks County court by an attorney who is well known for his work with major developers. Instead of requesting the dismissal that was discussed publicly by the Board of Supervisors, the Lower Makefield Township Solicitor unexpectedly cooperated with the developers attorney to resurrect an unpopular and unsuitable sale agreement that expired long ago! Patterson Farm Preservation, Inc. is a 501(c)3 non-profit group that stands ready to preserve and protect Patterson Farm with a responsible management agreement negotiated with Lower Makefield Township officials and in the best interest of the present and future community.
