The Issue
After the Baltimore Orioles dismal start and embarrassing drop to the basement in the standings there's only one man that can right this ship and turn disaster into a team of destiny's darlings and that's BROOKS McCumbee!!! Brooks is and has been a LIFELONG Orioles fan & knows the game inside out. Oriole fans deserve a Winner and Brooks is that in ACES all around!! Brooks coached Girls Softball 2 season and went 35 - 5. Then Brooks took a down on its luck baseball team that didn't win a game the year before and went 13 - 1. There are many more examples I could list but the point I'm trying to get across is.....BROOKS MAKES THINGS HAPPEN ON THE FIELD!!!
Brooks is a PROVEN WINNER and he can DO THAT TODAY FOR THE ORIOLES!!!
We know they hired an interim Manager for the short going however Oriole Fans Deserve Better. This is not a throwaway season if you put BROOKS AT THE HELM!! With Brooks McCumbee we can WIN IT ALL NOW!!!
THE Orioles need someone that the players can respect, also a man's man of stature, VISION & who knows baseball inside and out. Brooks McCumbee is that man as he's affectionately known by his other nickname..." (The G.O.A.T!!) That's because he's forgotten more about baseball then Brandon Hyde ever knew. Being a lifelong O's fan for over 60 plus years Brooks has been around the game and knows every rule and nuance inside out. Also his decades worth of experience being an umpire, referee, manager and coach for several local teams this would be an easy and smooth transition for him to go to the Majors and help Baltimore turn this Season around!!!
Please sign this petition so the Orioles GM Elias will finally wake up from his slumber and hire the best man for the job and a local man well respected by all in the Baseball universe & that man is Brooks McCumbee!
It's not too late to save the season and bring HOPE back to Oriole fans! Take them from out of the cellar and bring them roaring back to Division title aspirations or at the very least least Wild Card Playoffs Hopes!!!
