Because animal tests are so unreliable, human trials are even more dangerous. According to the National Institutes of Health (NIH), 95 percent of all drugs that are safe and effective in animal studies fail in human trials because they do not work or are dangerous.

We stand against Cosmetic Animal Testing because of these several factors:

• Cosmetic testing on animals is a type of animal testing used to test the safety and hypoallergenic properties of cosmetic products for use by humans. 
• We have two reasons why we would not agree with animal testing for cosmetics, it’s because it is both cruel and unnecessary. After all, companies can already create innovative products using thousands of ingredients that have a proven track record of safety and do not require any additional testing.
• Rabbits, mice, guinea pigs, and rats are subjected to a variety of invasive tests. Force-feeding tests are used to oversee chemical substances in mice. The animals are killed at the end of the tests, usually by asphyxiation, neck-breaking, or decapitation. 

How can we solve this problem:

• What needs to be done is to make animal testing illegal or to pass laws prohibiting it because it violates the rights of animals and causes pain and suffering to experimental animals, and we all know who has the power to do so: the government. 

If we will be successful in this petition, there is a strong possibility that animals will be free of cruel people, which will makes us happy. But, if we lose our petition, we’ll feel guilty for not being able to help or defend them, because it is our responsibility as humans to look out for all of the other species on this planet.
