We're two young sisters aged 9 and 6, and we belong to the planet club because we love all animals. Our favorite is the Amur Leopard; not only is it incredibly cute, but it serves an important role in our ecosystem. These beautiful creatures have very limited habitat, primarily confined to the Russian Far East and Northeast China. Although estimates vary, it's believed that less than 60 individual Amur Leopards are still alive in the wild due to threats such as habitat loss, poaching, and climate change (World Wildlife Fund). The fate of these leopards has become a deep personal concern to us. It's our collective duty to protect endangered species like the Amur Leopard. Let's band together and urge conservation authorities to increase protective measures, fund research for breeding programs, and create greater awareness so that this isn't the end for the Amur Leopard.
