The Air Force has plans to close down the 911th Airlift Wing and reduce the number of aircraft and personnel at the 171st Air Refueling Wing in a behind-closed-doors process they won’t substantiate. We want a formal process, accounting for cost effectiveness and strategic value to the nation.
