Teravista is a vibrant community where residents enjoy shared spaces like the Gathering Room, Event Room, and Wildflower Centre. These facilities, together with the pools, gyms, and sports courts, have been an integral part of community life and a key reason many chose to make Teravista home.  

During October 2026, key fob access to the 24/7 FREE and cozy Gathering Room at the Main Resident's Club on the Round Rock Side has been deactivated without consultation or notification and residents have been asked to leave the space. This community asset, funded by Homeowners fees —is being repurposed by the Management Company for their exclusive use as an office space.  Being redirected into the stark and cold Event Room with uncomfortable seating is not feasible due to paid reservations. 

We feel it unacceptable that the Management Company, sanctioned by the Teravista HOA Board, locked homeowners out of The Gathering Room. The previous library and playroom were previously taken over by the Management Company, but the Gathering Room belongs to the homeowners and should be a communal hub, a centerpiece of community interaction, not a corporate back office.  

We strongly urge the Teravista Board to promptly acknowledge the misstep, restore access to all homeowner-funded facilities and investigate actual requirements of and alternatives for the Management Company desk space on/off site.
