We have had a strong day for signatures and will easily pass 150 as I write this. Thank you all for your interest. Please keep sharing, now that we have a mass of signatures sharing can really boost the numbers.

We provided the petition to Governor Inslee.

At the suggestion of a Medina City Council member, the Petition has been sent to the Washington State Joint Transportation Committee Staff with a request we be scheduled to present there. Follow up with specific legislators is ongoing. 

Groups we have contacted with a request to distribute include eastside city councils, adjacent community councils, Puget Sound Keepers, Beavers Northwest, Cascade Bicycle Club and Audubon society. Any suggestions on groups to contact are most welcome.
