Most important, please act on our request to allow contractors to provide an analysis of the cost and time savings of water based construction for the final segment of SR 520.
 
We would welcome the opportunity to provide a more complete presentation of the possibility for time and cost savings on this last segment of SR 520. Our goal is to build 520 faster!
