We have had our mini pet pig for a couple years now and As we begin our hard fight to keep a part of our family . I wanted to say a couple things before you judge this species of animal . Pigs are known to be smarter then most cats or dogs and are actually rated to be in the intelligence level of a 2-3 year old . They are capable of love and some have been known to die due to a broken heart after being taken from their humans . If you look up statistics on dog vs pig bites there are no comparison to be had and very little cases of rabies have been found in pigs . I could go on and on about how and why we shouldn’t be in this battle to keep her or not but that’s for my city council to hear .  she has helped our entire family through Aidyns hardest time in his life and how she is a huge part of the Agamy family here .
