We all know nowdays cows, calf and bull abondence is very common in Indian Street and highways, which leads to their on spot accidents by heavy vehicals, however it also dangerous for us to drive as those terrible accident divert the concentration from driving and lead to road accidents.

This petition is regarding those poor animals safety so that they won't wonder around the highways and did not die such a painful death.

My solo reason to write this petition is for the government to generate a law for these poor animal that whosoever is purchasing them for their personal use and abondened them once they are useless to them. That's a person is eligible for only purchasing two or less then two cows/bull and they do not allow to abondene them if they become old or useless for the owner, their should be a proper registration for these animal and a gps chip should be attached to them so it can be monitor wether they are safe or not, or the owner is following the rules or not.

Also no loans should be given by the name of these poor animals, hence they are just animals they don't know the meaning of loans.

I appeal to the government to take serious action on this issue as these are our holy animal we must treat them properly.
