Stacey McDowell has 5 fur babies she loves very much.   One of them has PTSD and is considered a dangerous dog,  his name is meatball.   On June 6th Stacey's friend entered her home,  with a person who was known to aggravate meatball and she knew that.  The dog grabbed her leg,   and Stacey handled the situation,  stopping it and offering to help her friend.  Meatball was at risk of losing his life now,  and in an effort to protect him Stacey has lost custody of all her dogs.  The police department convinced the judge to put a stipulation on her bond stating that she may not have her dogs while out on bond.   This is considered cruel and unusual punishment because the facility that is holding her dogs is under investigation for abuse and neglect.   It is constantly shut down because they refuse to clean it properly,  and Stacey cannot even visit her dogs.   Her older dog Bella is 11 years old,  has had a stroke,   and is laying on cold concrete in her own urine and feces, as all the dogs there are subject to filth.   Please help Stacey get her dogs out of there!  Share and sign to get this stipulation taken off her bond and her dogs released!  They are not all guilty but they are all being punished,   unlike the trespasser who started all this.
