Last night's P&Z meeting went very well: Michael Wrinn (Director of Planning & Land Use Management/Town Planner) informed the P&Z Commission that he had received a letter from the State Historic Preservation Office regarding Spruce Bank. You can see that letter here. Wrinn said that he has informed the Building Department and the Health Department to issue no permits for 331 Danbury until "forensics" clear the site. He said that P&Z's role right now is caretaker and that if any new developer comes in, they will be informed of the situation.
