Snoop is a 3 year old American Bulldog mix who has been slated to be put to sleep. He is at the Toms River Animal Shelter in Toms River, NJ and this will be his third euthanization appt to be made at any time by the shelter (protesters and advocates were able to stop the second apt only moments before his death). Even with multiple qualified applicants for him, potential applicants that were denied the chance to even apply and rescues/fosters that were turned away.

Some shelter staff have it out for him and says he's aggressive, but show no proof of this aside from expected shelter behavior such as "kennel stress/aggression." At the very root, this dog is being singled out because of his breed.
Please sign to get the message out that we will not stop the fight for his life! He is a young, goofy boy with a lot of love to give. He deserves a chance to live his life in a suitable home, just as much as other challenging/working breeds do. Shelter employees and volunteers have taken photos of this cuddly dog and shows his true nature in many videos. Why not work with a rescue(s) or allow the multiple people who applied to adopt him?

Local newspapers have been notified of this situation and Snoop has a GoFundMe that's raised over $2k to support his new life. Please consider signing this petition to help this helpless, voiceless animal who can't advocate for himself. He deserves a chance! He has only been at the shelter 7 months, when other dogs at this same shelter have had stays for 2+ years!
