Through the “Save Shikharji” movement  VISHWA JAIN SANGATHAN on behalf of entire jain community, request the indian government for withdrawal of gazette dated 2.08.2019, issued to delclare “PARASNATH Wildlife Sanctuary”, Eco-sensitive Zone  and to permit Tourism & various non-religious activities at the ancient Jain Sanctum Sanctorum- Shri Sammed Shikar aka “PARASNATH HILL”, Madhuban(dist. Giridh, Jharkhand) which is stigma on the holiest religious place of Jainism and ob entire Jain community as the sancity and security of the holy hill would be destroyed.And also to declare holy ‘Jain Teerth’ to the entire Parasnath Hill including to remove illegal encroachment at the entire hill area and to install checking barriers with scanners etc. to maintain sanctity and security of the ancient hill.

20 जैन तीर्थंकरों की मोक्ष स्थली शास्वत सिद्ध क्षेत्र श्री सम्मेद  शिखर जी को  जैन समाज की सहमति के बिना, वन्य जीव अभ्यारण का मात्र एक भाग घौषित कर, ‘पारसनाथ हिल व मधुवन’ में गैर धार्मिक गतिविधियों व पर्यावरण पर्यटन की अनुमति देकर, सर्वोच्च जैन तीर्थ की स्वतंत्र पहचान व पवित्रता पर चोंट की गयी है।  जिसके तहत विश्व जैन संगठन पूरे जैन समाज की ओर से “सम्मेद शिखर बचाओ” आंदोलन का आवाहन करते हुए , सरकार से निवेदन करता है की, केंद्रीय वन मंत्रालय द्वारा जारी अधिसूचना दिनांक 2 अगस्त 2019 को हटाया जाये और समस्त पार्श्वनाथ हिल को ‘जैन तीर्थ’ घोषित किया जाए और साथ में अवैध व अधार्मिक गतिविधियों पर सक्थ रोक लगायी जाये और इस प्राचीन हिल की सुरक्षा हेतु पूरे हिल के इलाक़ों में स्कैन्नर व बैरीगेट लगवाए जायें।
