Local government has approved the building of a commercial structure AND the retention of 6 food trucks opposite Sharks Cove in the Pupukea Waimea Marine Life Conservation District, a protected area with rich diversity of corals and fish.  This approval is not acceptable when the landowner was fined over  $100,000 in permitting violations and two contested cases that were not given hearings.
