Enough is enough with gas stations on Wells Road!

The Saticoy Village project needs to be stopped. There will be a 16 pump gas station with up to 3 fast food restaurants if the developers get their way.  The city council voted to move the project forward in July, but it's not too late to alter it!

This is in Mayor Sanchez Palacios' district, and she promised not to support any project on Wells and Darling that residents didn't want. Let's hold her and the city council accountable. 

If this project goes through as planned, there will be 4 gas stations on Wells Rd--the two existing ones on Wells and Citrus, plus one that will be built on Wells and Telegraph, and the 16 pump one on Wells and Darling.

The project will go before the planning commission for final approval in the next few months. If city council gets enough push back from residents, it could sway the planning commission's vote.
