The Local Plan is currently under review.

A small group of us are preparing a response. We're looking to shape the criteria for site allocations in the new local plan to make it clear that these areas should not have been allocated for development. If we do that then I think there is a small chance that they could be unallocated in the future. Beyond that we can argue for greater protection for our wetlands, more consideration of flooding etc. What suggestions do you have?

I've started a conversation on our facebook group if you'd like to contribute. We've got to submit our reponse by Thursday. If you can spare a bit of time this Sunday or early next week get involved.
