Youth, unhoused individuals, and those without transportation will face insurmountable barriers to accessing essential services if the clinic shuts down. Without this local resource, many will be unable to afford the financial and logistical challenges of travelling off-island for care.

If the clinic closes, countless residents will lose access to critical services, including contraceptive management, STI testing, gynecological referrals, and cervical cancer screening.
