SAVE RYE HARBOR MARINE FACILITY – PLEASE SIGN OUR PETITION

Rye Harbor is under immediate threat.  The historic shacks and related businesses are in jeopardy of elimination. 

Rye Harbor is a perfect example of a working harbor where marine activities abound, an irreplaceable gem on the New Hampshire Seacoast.

Pease Development Authority (PDA) manages New Hampshire’s Ports and Harbors, including Rye Harbor.  PDA is an entity created to attract and develop businesses on the former Pease Air Force Base site; however, it appears that PDA has now taken over making all decisions for Rye Harbor.  

PDA’s currently proposed plan is to construct a new building in the parking lot across from the existing shacks, taking away valuable parking and boat storage, and to remove all of the shacks currently owned by harbor businesses. To support opposition to the PDA business plan for Rye Harbor, please add your name and address to those listed below.
