Last night the Long Beach city council voted down the publication to amend the City charter to allow for tables and chairs on the boardwalk. They did not give a date or time for the new drafted amendment to be placed on the city agenda as well. Yet, we have attached our fully executed agreement for all to see that on July 13, 2021 the city agreed to allow us to have our tables for a fee. #4 is also important as it makes it aware that the “Landlord does not object to the current placement or physical dimensions of the tables on the boardwalk. So how come now? We don’t understand. We thank you all for your continued support and love!!!! Thank you from the bottom of our hearts!
