More than twenty Christchurch residents groups have sent a letter to the city council CEO asking for Plan Change 14 to be paused, saying they are deeply concerned about significant and material late changes to the plan made by city council staff.

They are requesting a pause in the interests of fairness to give everyone a change to have a say about taller buildings proposed.
