Residents are not able to object to these latest proposals by city council planners to enable taller buildings in Riccarton and elsewhere in Christchurch. 

The only people or organisations able to object are those that submitted on the earlier less-damaging version of PC14. 

This locks out anyone who may have been prepared to accept the earlier version of the plan but is deeply unhappy with what is proposed now.

It's unfair and it's undemocractic.
