What is the point of another luxury condo project over this heritage site? Really... what is the point, besides 'income' to the state coffers? 

No point to 'preserve the facade' when the building becomes part of a luxury condo, inaccessible to the public. 

Property websites have cited another ultra luxury project at Kedah Road, on a miniscule plot of land.

What is the point? Really, what is the point demolishing such sites and others outside of the heritage zone?

What is the point making the wider George Town area the playground of the rich? What is the point of 'preserving the facade' only for the use of private residents?

No. This must not go on. This must stop!
