Dear Friends and Community Members,

We are heartbroken to announce that the City of West Hollywood has rescinded our outdoor dining permit, and our outdoor patio will be torn down on Wednesday, Feb 22nd. This weekend is the last weekend we are allowed to serve outside. Our outdoor patio has become a beloved community gathering space that has provided a much-needed sense of normalcy and respite during these difficult times.

We are Pura Vita, the first vegan Italian restaurant and wine bar in the U.S. Our outdoor patio is not just an extension of our restaurant, but a crucial part of the fabric of our neighborhood. It provides a welcoming and safe space for people to gather and connect with each other, and has played an important role in supporting local businesses and jobs.

We understand that safety is a top priority, but we also believe that there is still a chance for us to work together to find alternative ways in which we can rebuild our patio to make it more safe for guests dining outside. We are not giving up the fight and will continue to push for a permanent, safe patio. We need your help to make our voices heard!

Please sign our petition to urge the City of West Hollywood to reconsider this decision and work with us to find a solution that allows us to rebuild our outdoor patio. Removing our outdoor patio would be a huge loss for our community, and would send the wrong message about our city's commitment to supporting local businesses and preserving the unique character of our neighborhood.
