Project Homeless Connect (PHC) is at serious risk—and that means San Francisco’s homeless and marginalized residents are at risk too.

On May 30, 2025, PHC received a 30-day defunding notice from the Department of Homelessness and Supportive Housing (HSH), which would take effect on June 30, 2025.

This decision could shut down critical services that thousands of unhoused individuals rely on every day.
