Dear All,

There has been multiple fraudulent MLM companines & scams which has happened in past where innocent people has lost their life time savings just because of greed to earn more & more..The most of the people who got duped by MLM companies are common people.

As of now there is a brand name known as socialtrade.biz which is selling digital marketing in online barter system under the banner of company called Ablaze Info Solutions Pvt Limited based out of Ghaziabad & Noida. The domain on which they are conducting business i.e. socialtrade.biz is registered on some Australian address where they are generating fake pages for which even websites doesn't exists & using websites without people consent/companies knowledge for there promotions likesanskriti.nic, hdfcbanketc & claiming that they are paying Rs5/click from the amount which they have charged companies for digital marketing. On a contrary its a sheer rotation of money from people & distributing it to them in 4 months time frame with a greed of extra income throughout the year & generating part time business for them. The company has tried to cover all legal aspects in fraudulent model by having an agreement for service provider,deducting TDS on payouts & deducting service tax on selling of plans..

As of now there has been more than 4.5 lac members of the company which are associated for digital marketing & earning Rs5/click as per their respective plans. The government need to take preventive action to save people from such companies which don't have a genuine business model & to make an effective policy for same.

I as an individual starting this petition so that common people can be saved from such scams & they don't end up in ending their lives as it has happened in past in case of Speak Asia 2200 Crore Scam, Digi2deal the latest one which has happened in 2016.
