Blenheim Centre redevelopment news

This petition has been an incredibly useful way of raising awareness of the plans to build tower blocks in place of the Blenheim Centre, and even the press are now covering the story (See this article in the News Shopper as an example), but in the weird world of planning, Bromley Council won't take any notice of it.

The only way to defeat proposals of this type is to OBJECT to the planning application.  However, it's not enough just to say you don't like the plans - objections can only be made on very narrow grounds.

We have around 750 objections at the moment, but we really need around 2000 to have an impact, so if you haven't objected, please do so.  You can object several times on different grounds - so if you have already objected once, no problem - you can do it again!
