We have now had a chance to look though at least some of the documents lodged with Bromley Council as part of the planning application to demolish the Blenheim Centre, and it doesn't look good!  They really are going to build 18 storey and 9 storey flats which will leave much of the High Street in darkness, and tower over the local area, and also, there really are going to be only 24 parking spaces. 

We've updated the Stop Hadley website with information on how to object. Surprisingly, you can't just say you don't want the blocks - objections have to be on planning grounds, and we've included information on that as well.  

Please have a look through the site and object, object, object!  The more the merrier!  If you are a couple, you can both do it, and you can do so several times provided you don't use the same text twice.

So far we only have about 200 objections, which Bromley Council will laugh at - we need at least 1000 valid objection comments, so please do spend 10 mins of your time - I promise it will be worthwhile!
