
We are compiling a list of achievable and measurable requests to give to
Condo Management, board and sponsor before the end of 2024.
Most of the items we will require them to start implementing or have progress by the end of 2026. Some of the more simple things we will ask for a closer deadline. Our focus issue for #Parkchester are:
-safety and security
-transparency, communication, and accountability 
- improved efficiency, and timeliness of the service department and related repairs. 
-improved supervision , quality, and consistency of upkeep, repairs and upgrades.
- end the use of ‘band aid repairs’ for leaks and mold.
- improve the reliability of old elevators before they are eventually replaced. Including pre-ordering parts before they are needed since these parts for old elevators need to be special ordered this will reduce time elevators are out of service.
-more transparency on how buildings are selected to be next for elevator replacement.
- research and update how we will modernize the heat and hot water system in an affordable manner. (Just asking for a plan by end of 2026.)
