We are advocating for improved living conditions. If our condominium sponsor can afford two new buildings they need to invest in capital improvements in our condo buildings.
We advocate for designating the whole Parkchetser property including the garages a historic landmark.
We advocate for maintenance and repairs. Mold, leaks, security concerns, trash storage and pickup.
We advocate our sponsor contributes more money to capital improvements: (Elevator replacements, ADA ramps, heat plant modernization, security cameras in halls.
