Two of our parking garages may be torn down or built on top of. This meeting is super important as we will finally see at least three proposed buildings. We have concerns about proposed rezoning that could affect quality of life due to over-development: Parking, school overcrowding, congestion, blocking of views, light and ventilation are some of the concerns we have. A plan to minimize traffic jams.
A public parking structure with spaces set aside for monthly parking.
Different zoning for vacant lot on f E Tremont and Unionport Rd to be in scale with heights of our buildings around 13 floors.
Protections to keep from Parkchester Condo’s garages, management office or heat plant from being torn down or built upon. (Do not change the zoning to residential.
Buildings of approximately 4 floor height across street of E Tremont Ave to ‘step down’ the height of our buildings.
