A MTA police substation in train station
A plan to minimize traffic jams.
A public parking structure with spaces set aside for monthly parking.
Different zoning for vacant lot on f E Tremont and Unionport Rd to be in scale with heights of our buildings around 13 floors.
Protections to keep from our garages, management office or heat plant from being torn down or built upon.
Buildings of approximately 4 floor height across street of E Tremont Ave to ‘step down’ the height of our buildings.
