On behalf of thousands of victims of a brutal massacre in Islamabad,Pakistan we urge the International Criminal Court (ICC) to investigate and prosecute General Asim Munir, Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif, and Interior Minister Mohsin Naqvi for their crimes against humanity.

During the recent protests in Islamabad, peaceful demonstrators were met with unrestrained violence. Thousands of innocent civilians were injured, and military forces resorted to inhumane actions, including the horrifying incident of throwing a praying man off a three-story-high container. We have undeniable evidence, including videos and eyewitness accounts, that showcase the atrocities committed under their orders.

This was not a clash; it was a calculated massacre aimed at silencing dissent. The actions of these officials violate basic human rights and international laws. We cannot stand by while such grave injustices go unpunished.

In a horrifying display of brutality, Pakistani security forces turned off the lights in Islamabad during a peaceful protest and unleashed a calculated massacre under the cover of darkness.

Snipers stationed atop tall buildings began targeting civilians, shooting hundreds. Shelling further reduced visibility, creating chaos and fear. As night fell, the violence escalated—indiscriminate firing, bloodshed, and lives lost in what can only be described as a massacre.

This orchestrated attack on unarmed civilians resulted in countless injuries and deaths, leaving a trail of unimaginable grief. Videos and eyewitness accounts reveal the heinous actions taken under the orders of General Asim Munir, PM Shehbaz Sharif, and Interior Minister Mohsin Naqvi.

These crimes against humanity must not go unpunished. We call on the International Criminal Court (ICC) to take immediate action to hold these leaders accountable for the atrocities committed against their own people.
