#Save Oz Mulch: How you can help

We need your help to convince the NSW Environment Minister to intervene in our case with the NSW Environmental Protection Authority (EPA) which has shut down Oz Mulch, our family-owned, green waste recycling business serving Lake Macquarie and Newcastle communities for over 20 years.
So far, the NSW Environment Minister, Penny Sharpe, hasn’t responded to our appeals for her help. As the Minister overseeing EPA, she has the power to advocate for us.
If you are based in NSW, please email the Minister.
If you are outside NSW, you can still help by tweeting your support.
Our story was recently highlighted on ABC Radio. After their visit to our site and learning about the EPA's heavy-handed approach and unwillingness to engage until November, they posed a critical question: does this seem fair? Over 13,300 of you have answered a resounding "No." This situation simply doesn't pass the "pub test." Listen to our story on ABC Radio here.
With your help, we can reopen Oz Mulch. Once again, we urge you to email (if in NSW) or tweet (if outside NSW) the Minister.
Thank you for standing with our small, family business in this fight.
