This is our site - shut down by the EPA without consultation or following protocol. They robbed us of our right to have the Courts decide. We have never polluted the environment, yet they closed our family business of 20 years. In the five months leading up to the EPA shutting down our business, they did not agree to meet, or communicate, nor did they visit our site - how can they be allowed to behave like this?

Help us demand our Local Member, Greg Piper and the Minister for the Environment, Penny Sharpe investigate this unacceptable misuse of power by EPA employees - let’s demand the individuals behind this are held to account for unethical and illegal actions
 
They have destroyed our family business and put the future of our 20 employees and the businesses that rely upon us at huge risk

They are getting away with this because there are no repercussions for their actions. No one is holding them accountable, so they feel like they can do anything they want. They are abusing the system and acting like faceless dictators, taking away our legal rights and misusing the ‘iron fist’ that should be protecting the environment, not devastating livelihoods
