Please consider signing this petition to request that the City of San Mateo, owners, sellers, buyers and developers of these waterfront retail anchor parcels,  re-envision a boardwalk waterfront preserving its retail history with a marina & boat owners club, retail and dining on the boardwalk, a couple floors of owned riparian condominiums with deeded docks. 

Across Norfolk at the Parkside Plaza, maintain a full sized grocery, build a parking garage and place and apartments in medium density housing set back over the plaza where 92 meets 101. 

Housing was developed with infrastructure. Do not rob us of our infrastructure. Do not deny San Mateo, (Parkside, Shoreview, Lakeshore,  Los Prados Mariners Island communities of their Retail waterfront services.

Re-Envison and celebrate the retail zoned waterfront and retail anchor parcels that host valuable services within our community.
